Hello Doodle Paper Co. accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.


Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of your order. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail dependent upon order size. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking via the email provided at checkout. Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control when the package arrives, please refer to your tracking info for delivery date. We do not offer refunds or replacements for late deliveries.


We are not required to collect sales tax on orders outside the state of Pennsylvania.


We do not accept returns. Damaged packages with photo evidence  will be replaced free of charge. If your package is lost, a claim will be filed with the shipping provider. Claims cannot be filed for 15 days after ship date so refunds may take up to 2-4 weeks. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
